Buildings,- The current buildings occupy an area of 16,000 m2. Internal transport is via 17 travelling cranes, various platforms on rails, forklift trucks, and a self-propelled platform with a maximum lifting capacity of 130 Tm. and carrying capacity of 200 Tm.
The assembly areas occupy 5,000 m2 and are equipped with assembly pits with various working heights, for the assembly of large presses. |
Logistics,- The raw material, components and part assembly stores, with a section for fast moving consumer materials, occupy a total area of 5,000 m2. The stores management is fully computerised.

Machining,- The machining section occupies 3,000 m2. Basically, it consists in various boring and milling machine with bars of up to Ø 200 mm and capacity for parts of up to 100 Tm maximum weight. Vertical turning Ø 2,800 x 2,500 mm. Horizontal turning Ø 1,200 x 4,000 mm and a moving column milling centre 6,000 x 3,000 mm. |

Research, Development and Innovation,- Arisa continue to strengthen their R&D units with new equipment, increasing the number of staff and improving the technical level of all their components.

Automation,- The Automation unit has effectively contributed to the modernisation of the Arisa product range, designing various levels of easy-to-use autoset systems, which reduce set-up and die-change times, avoid possible operator errors, offer a diagnosis of malfunctions and Teleservice via modem from the Arisa technical service centre. |
