Recommended use
Transfer presses are used for manufacturing large production runs in which, due to their complexity, type of drawing, waste of raw materials, etc. the use of progressive die-stamping is not recommended.
All the successive operations to produce the piece are performed on the Transfer presses, starting with a blank which is cut in the first operation, or which has been cut beforehand. All the operations are performed simultaneously, so it is necessary to have a transfer device which transfers each form produced from one operation to the next.

Link-Drive
The kinematics of articulated links makes it possible to adjust the normal movement of the eccentric. Therefore link-drive presses provide fast approach, slow working stroke and fast return. This system gives mechanical presses improved capabilities for performing medium-to-deep draw operations. In general, in a press with “link-drive” kinematics, productivity will be higher than on a normal press with eccentrics.
Basic Models
Nominal forces: 6,300, 8.000, 10,000, 12,500, 16,000, 20,000 and 25,000 kN. For each nominal force there are various table sizes, from 3,500 x 1,600 mm to
6,500 x 3,000 mm.
