Hydraulic overload safety device
All the presses have a hydraulic overload safety device under the connecting-rod seats, which avoids the occurrence of overloads. When the force demanded from the press is greater than the one programmed, a valve is triggered and it leaves the cylinder pressure at zero and the load is removed from the con-rods.


Force control system (optional)
Special pressure sensors allow you to:

- Display the force exerted by each con rod on the general control screen of the press.
- Program as a percentage the tolerances allowed for the force value for each con rod.
- Stop the press when measured forces are outside the tolerance.

Temperature control (optional)
This allows you to set the permissible temperature limits in the main bearings and guides of the press.
