Our presses meet the Machine European Safety Standards, providing the “CE” mark of compliance. As an optional, other safeties can be supplied for the people and the environment. Some of them are described next.

Total soundproofing
When we want to guarantee a sound level, outside the press, of less than 80 dB(A), presses must work inside a totally sound-proofed cabin, consisting of a structure covered with modular panels, made with a combination of high density insulating materials.
The cabin has front and rear doors for die changing and other openings for making any necessary adjustments, maintenance tasks. There are also the necessary openings for coil feeding and for taking the finished pieces out

Partial soundproofing
Presses can be supplied with a series of metal cowling protection panels, lined with soundproofing material. These panels will cover completely the press, at the front, back and both sides of the press up to the crown. There are protections panels covering the gangway which surrounds the crown. With this set of panels, a significant reduction in noise is achieved, although a noise level of less than 80dB(A) cannot be guaranteed depending on the kind of work to be carried out.

Antivibration mountings
Consisting of a set of cylindrical compressed springs which insulate the press from the floor and viscous fluid which provided a shock-absorbing effect which rapidly reduces the amount of vibration.
The dynamic loads transmitted to the foundations are reduced by over 90%, and the harmful effects of the vibrations on other machines and surrounding buildings are eliminated.
